Check Engine Light

Check Engine Light

My check engine light is flashing (slow flashes). I took it to Autozone and got it tested and the following error codes came up:
Troubleshooting P0301
&
Troubleshooting P0420

Can any one out in Prelude land help me out here, it seems like it is only running on 3 cylinders, sputtering, running roughly

Any help is GR8ly appreciated!

something wrong with ur car..bring it to autozone for a free check

Code P0301 is Cylinder #1 Misfire.
Code P0420 is Catalyst Efficiency below threshold.

Basically New plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, and a catalytic converter. Hope this helps.
