Misfiring/Bouncy Tach VID
My car is a 90 CRX Si with a jdm B16a swap with ~90k on it. It was horribly misfiring awhile ago then I replaced the spark plugs and it went away for the most part but there is still a slight misifre. So last night I replaced the cap and rotor and it still misfires and now I have a bouncing tachometer, video:

I just replaced the fuel filter which was probably from what it looked like the original one and I could shake just brown/black **** out of it. But I havent had a chance to take it for a spin yet. What would cause the bouncing tach and what else should I look into for the misfiring?

I dont know what causing the misfires. But is the idle surging when that tach is boncing like that? Looks like it bouncing pretty quick, doesnt seem like it is surging, I had a tach/cluster that was going crazy like that too, had to replace that cluster.
I took the cap off and looked for loose connections, there was one that looked liek the connection was fine but the rubber thing around i was a little beat up so I just squeezed it all together to make sure it was tight put the cap back on and it doesnt bounce anymore. But when I put my ear up to the cap I hear a slight noise, Im not sure how to describe it but its not aquealy or anyhting infact my valve tap is so much more overpowering that you cant hear it without your ear right on the cap. I dont know if that is normal or not.

I think this is true 99% of the time.
My tach was bouncing so I replaced my ignitor and it got better, but it still bounces some times at high RPMs or when it's cold out.
I am pretty stumped. I checked all my ground etc, and I'm positive the dizzy is good, I had just replaced the coil, wiring, rotor, cap, etc. I also have new plug wires and plugs.
I just kind of gave up on fixing it since it doesn't bounce all the time anymore.

Could it be something else?
Because mine used to be jumpy (would sweep up and down around 1000rpm)
Fitted a brand new ignitor, was good for a while and now it jumps it ranges of 3-4K..
