turbo questions

sup guys i have a question for anyone that can help. i have a 97 hatchie that im doin b16 turbo in. im running stock internals for now with neptune and plan to run about 10-12lbs. should i use a fmu?

fmu's are not needed with any EMS such as neptune, hondata, uberdata etc.
