just put a d15b into my 96 hatch. Motor turns over and idles perfectley. When we try to rev it it only wants to rev to 2000 rpm. Its throwing a code 14 IAC idle air control valve. We dont knoow if this is the problem or not. My mechanic says no gas is getting introduced back into the intake manifold. My 96 has a hose that is suppose to go to the intake manifold for gas recirculation. There is no place to put this hose on the d15b manifold wtf. We are very confused need some help asap thanx.
