Need help really bad asap

okay i just put a 2000 gsr motor in my 95 gsr and when i turn it on it revs to 3000 rpm then it goes down to 1500 rpm and then it goes back up it does it constintley please i need help

you should check all your vac hoses...it might be one of those..or try adjusting your idle..hope this helps
