CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ONE

I was wondering if anyone knows what these tubes do, and where they connect if they do?

no one knows? My 95 ls doesnt have it so im kinda clueless

oil line?? just a guess..

that pic could be of a vtec motor.. i dunno.

They are a outlet and inlet for coolant to flow to the oil cooler. The connect to the main coolant pipe... the one that runs from the waterpump across to the thermostat.
