Default Horn Problem

My Horn isn't working right now. When I push the button, there is a clicking noise, which from research says the relay is still working. I've checked all the fuses and they are in good working order. I've checked the connection to the horn and that is also good.

I also swappe out the horn with a different car and the horn worked on the other car. So it's not the horn that's broken.

What else can the problem be? TIA

Check to see if you get 12 volts to the horn itself. If not, even though the relay is clicking, it might be the relay. Try swapping it with the other car.

p.s. try this: [edit, warning: loud]

Where's the horn relay located exactly?

What does that have to do with anything? Sounds like a personal problem and I think you should keep that to yourself.
