I have a problem with my horn. When I press the horn, I hear a clicking noise somewhere under the steering wheel, but it makes no sound.

That would be the horn relay that's clicking. Somewhere between the relay and the horn there is some kind of problem. It's either a wire, or it's the actual horn itself. You know it's not the relay because it's clicking.
