Not to start an E-War, but crome has better support for throttles, and a better interface. Not to mention less bugs... http://www.tunewithcrome.com/
To burn chips you'll need a chip burner and some blank chips.

Hondata is also an option as well. You do pay more but you get your money's worth. Just another option.
Also, your going to have to pay someone to put that crap in your ECU if you don't know how to do it, which is going to cost you even more. And I wouldn't trust most of the people who say they do it. Do it yourself and learn. It's better for you.

You get the exact same tunability, but with more online support with Crome.
And that "crap" is the same "crap" that you pay someone to put in your ECU when you get Hondata.
There are plenty of reputable sponsors on Honda-Tech that sell already chipped ECU's.
ITB tools + REV tools + Crome + Ostrich/RTP = super easy and quick

i have a buddy that is bad *** with putting stuff in ecu's so he is gona do all the work on the ecu, i will just have to figure out the crome myself, how to do the tunning and stuff, thanks so far guys
the only downfall with the free version of crome is that you cannot datalog. You have to upgrade to cromepro for $149...
If you use uberdata you can datalog and it does not cost any extra apart from the wideband.
