new motor wont start

I replaced my blown motor with a stock d16a6 si motor and it will not start
-grounds are good
-its got fuel pressure
-its got spark
-Timing isn't off --- i don'think this is the only one thats tenitive it could be off a tooth but if its off its still real close
HELP

Battery charged? Does it crank? You got power?

cranks strong, everything is powerd. This isn't my first swap. It tries to start sometimes sputters for a second then nothing

i think my shitty zdyne is shittin it up, because everything is done and done right. pulled the plugs, they are drenched with fuel so i know im getting fuel.
roommate has one of those spark plug adapters and it lights up as we try and start the car so i know its got spark
