OBD1 O2 Sim???
Hey everyone,
I have a 92 civic si with a 95 b18c1 GSR motor in it. Here's the problem. I bought and installed an Innovative WB LM-1 controller for it. I have the wide band in place of the stock O2 sensor and i have it wired to the ECU feeding it a narrowband signal and everything is working fine. The only thing is that the factory O2 heater circuit is now open throwing a code 41 (O2 heater) which is in turn causing my car to richen itself up. I checked this because when i plug the factory o2 back in the car goes back to running 14.7AFR (at idle) but with the oem O2 unplugged it changes to about 12.6 plus or minus at idle. My question is does anyone know if it is possible to get an O2 sim for an OBD1 O2 sensor. The only reason i ask is because the ones i have found have all been for OBD2 Secondary O2 sensors(after cat). Will these work or do you have to use a specific sim for the primary o2 (only one on OBD1 civic). Thanks you help would be great!
