my friend is trying to hit 40 psi on this set up

I told him he is crazy with those rods he wont go anywere what would u think ? I'am right ?

 

psi goals are garbage

tell him to come up with a power goal and go from there

 

I would ditch the Eagle rods for that setup. Look into the Manley Turbo-Tuff rods. 40Psi on that turbo on a 2.0 is A LOT of power. We're talking 700+WHP.

 

40 psi means jack ****. give us a power goal... and ditch the eagles

 

700+?? id say closer to 900. the eagles wont snap, but i would use the manleys. oh and good luck, if he does it it will make close to 900whp

i havnt even seen a 42r make nearly that much power at 40psi on a honda

well for him power doesnt really matter he dyno tune on his last setup and he forgot what he put down .. he goes by psi like if ur runing 40 psi would be good than runing 20 or so .....

what do u guys think about those ge sleeves ? would the hold 700 or 900 hp ? I told him to get a dart block but he said is too expensive

so if im running 40psi on a t25 its better than running 20psi on a gt42r? ok. have fun with that
