I have the upper front and rear strut bars on a stock setup........Does the lower rear tie bar make a big difference? I have 4-door Lx Eg......It corners great with what I have but still does lean due 2 the stock springs looking at Eibach Pro-kit

 

sway bars are the answer you're looking for.
strut bars are going to very little for your cornering ability, they simply stiffen the chassis.

You have a 4 door hatch?

I was under the impression that the "EG" is a hatch and a coupe is an EJ.

 

technically...
EG1 & EG2 - DelSol
EG8 - sedan
EH2 & EH3 - hatch

but we all know what is meant when they are called EGs.

 

better sway bars will make more of a difference.
