Default pulling the head

i am pulling the head off my h23 do to no compression in the #3 cyl. what is the quickest easiest way of pulling the head? thanks

disconnect all sensor on the intake, unbolt the header from the head and pull it off. go under the car and take out the intake manifold braket. and make sure you unplug the sensor that connect to the little black box that is bolted to the bottom of your intake manifold. Then losen the tensor bolt for your timing belt. make sure you disconnect all coolent line. take off your valve cover, disassemble your head to remove the cams. then you can get to the head bolt, unbolt it and use a needle nose plyer and pull all the head bolt out. then grab a buddy. You and your buddy grab one side and lift it off.
