N S X COMPRESSION
Stock NSX rods are forged titanium. Very light, and I presume strong, but I don't know HOW strong. I'm not sure if FastNSX (500+ whp) is using stock rods on his car or not.
Compression is 10.x:1. Check somewhere like carpoint.com, their specs should have compression ratio (although I've seen them list it incorrectly). Or check Acura's website. The 2002 NSX motor is the same as 97-2001.

alright i was looking through the car tech and bell tech turbo kits and they said the nsx's from like 91-96 run 1/4 mile in 14.4.........i don't think that's true cuz that seems pretty high righ there, and u guys say the 97 and up Nsx-t's run 13.3's.....ho does that time go down by 1 sec in 20 extra hp's and an extra gear.... also they said these turbo kits, give u about 120 hp's, and people are running only 12.8's in them?????? if u put the bell tech turbo kit in the 97 and up NSX-T's what should they run??????????????????? cuz $9000 is a lot of money to spend on just 12.8's when the zanardi's could hit 12.9's and the japanese 280 hp NSX type S hits it in 12.887 stock.................

However, if you're concerned about straight line performance and the price of mods and how much you get for what you spend, there are lots better cars to get than an NSX.
alright......so what do u think would the nsx-t 3.2 liter 6 speeds would run with the belltech twin turbo system???????if it supposedly gives it 120 hp's to the crank.
Based on the questions you're asking, I would say for you: No.
The NSX is not about drag racing, it's worthless until you get into the power band in second gear. And then it's an insane thrill ride that many cars try to immitate. The NSX is not design to launch smoothly off the line from a dead start.
It's designed to power out of a tight turn in second gear at the base of the power band and carry it for an insane amount of time at 1.1 G's on race tires.
If you want to drag race, go buy a new Cobra R Mustang with 390 hp and have fun with it. If you want to track race, the NSX deserves a lot of consideration if you have the desire to own something special.

Does anyone have any stats or info on the Gruppe M supercharger kit for the NSX? Go to http://www.takakaira.com to see the kit.
