This is incorrect, a Y8 manifold will work on a z6 HEAD.

The y8 intake mani will work on the z6. It's sometimes referred to as the type r of the d-series intake mani's... Someone just did a write up on it recently. I'll see if I can find it. BTW the intake mani attaches to the head not block.

na... just harder to tune.

i dont understand why you would wanna go the the trouble rebuilding a D series with oem internals... Or B series unless its NA.
Buy a d16z6 and boost that. As for boosting z6 vs d15b Who cares? they are all going to limited by the ringlads or rods anyways.

I wouldn't waste my time with that engine... Having driven both the D15B and the D16Z6, I can tell you the 15B is a dog.

I'm sorry? Are you high? Maybe making LESS power is your goal.

Do some research in the forced induction forums.
