Default light weight rims for Europe?

Are there any light weight rims with TUV certifivcation for Europe available. I only know Spoon have the TUV, but they are ugly.

I get myself some Volks, but they are expensive and I must let convert the Japanese JWL certification into TUV and this costs me 180 USD. The OZ Superleggera is not available in 114.3 x 5 lug here .

All the damn Euro brands are too heavy and the Euro guys only care about looks and not performance. Sometimes I hate not to life in the USA.

I aks, because a friend asked me about getting light weight rims for his R. SO anybody know?

Cause, my taste was it is looking better there and it gives the car a "deeper" look.
