I'm planing on upgrading my cams to jun3's. would the stock valves be a problem? I've been running my sk2 stg2 for a while. JW if the juns will be a problem?

i'd go ahead and upgrade valvetrain if it's stock, you might get rev happy and float a valve..

i mean i do have portflow valvesprings.. but stock valves.. i heard that they have issues with stock valves.. and need to have bigger valves?

 

I think you should be fine with the stock valves...all i think you need is the aftermarket springs and retainers. But you could go on the safe side and get some flat faced valves for .2 more compression also!! What compression ratio are you running? Tuning device?? I am interested to see what ur build consist of. It will happen someday for me also...i hope.

b18b1 block with b16 pistons (new rings)

lighthened flywheel

 

i wasnt too suprised with the power.. thus i had a turbo'ed integra b4 this.. thats probably why.. though all-mota is the **** hands down..

 

Aren't the Skunk Stg 2 basically Jun 3 copies?

Hey guys...Does anyone know what kind of perfomance camshaft will pass smog with no problem...Im trying to put some camshaft into my 95 integra to boost some speed, and not worry about smogging...thanks

Are you in CA? Usually with more aggressive cams you won't pass smog unless you have cash in hand.

believe the intake cam is the same, exh is a little different, but basically

 

no need.. my home dawg gots a shop
