Default are ej8 & + '01 civic springs interchangeable?

I have a ej8 and my girl has a '02 lx civic coupe ( em I think ). I'm about to get new springs and I was thinking of throwing my old springs on my girl's car. Can that be done?

I think one quick peek under the car would tell you absolutely not.

What? Do you not think you're going to believe your own eyes?
You can't put springs for a double wishbone on a car that has struts in the front and a multi link in the back. They flat out do not fit. The diameters are different, the lengths are different and the rates are different.
I don't know how much more of a straight forward blunt answer you can get.
