1996 integra ls..5 speed......i did search but couldnt find any that could help me....this is the question..when i drive and the rpm needle gets to 4.it starts to bounce around..what could this be? can anyone help me out..thanks in advance

I have an 90 Integra ls And I get the same problem. Sometimes it will happen sometimes it won't.

 

my car did that i checked all the wiring and MADE sure that everything was right, un hooked the battery hooked it back up and its never done it sense.

 

anyone else?

 

it can be wiring from the back of the cluster... remove and replug... something might be loose.

The speedo on my old Accord did the same thing. Take out the cluster, pull the plug to the tach, spray with white lithium grease, and reattach.

 

like everyone else is saying check all the connections
