Default Help... idle/throttle problem (4th / H22A)

I recently purchased a 4th gen with a H22A.

Started it up, drove around, stopped, drove some more, stopped to take pictures. The drive was completely fine, no CEL, no hesitations. Then when I started the car... there was something wrong.

The RPM slowly drops, oil light blinking, and stalls unless I add throttle. Oil levels are okay. So I was revving high to make it back... but the car kept jerking back and forth while crawling back to the plaza (in 1st gear). It was not too responsive to the throttle (car revved up fine but would not move like normal) ... even at 5K with clutch in a little, it was still jerking. Few days later, it starts up fine. What could be the problem and what should I look for?

I'm thinking oil pump.
