Default anybody with a haynes manual

i have a little bit of a wiring prolbem...(92-95 hatch b16a)when i turn my car on..(key on engine off) the pump does not want to prime and one of the main relay wires start to heat up and melt the plastic around it..im looking at my haynes and on page 12-19 in the diagram section..and where it shows the PGM-FI main relay the YEL-BLK wire that goes to pins A25/B1 starts to fricken burn..now obviouslly the wire is getting to much current throug it..but what could cause this to happend..i noticed the wire also splices and runs off to a juction connector..in the diagram it goes through a small box labled 12 then to the junction connector c125..(if you have the diagram this might make sense) i need to know what 12 means
and where connector c125 is..i hope someone can help me

did a b16a in my 95 hatch...car ran fine for 4 months..then i had a fuel pump problem..replaced it with a walbro..again car runs good..went to start my car hours later and a wire to the main relay starts to smoke and the fuel pump is not priming..i believe i ahve a short...im going turn the key on engine off without the computer..see if it still heats ups.. if it does then its not my comp..then i'll check the power wire going to the fuel pump..maybe its shorted out? if not i'll have to follow that wire to the connector it goes to.. its a yellow wire with a black stripe and it goes to pins a25 and b1 in the ecu..also splices and goes to a junction connector..so i'll have find out what connector..wiring is a bitch plain and simple

okay..so i ran through some checks..i unlpluged the ecu..koeo and the wires starts to heat up and smoke again.. so its not my computer..then i plug the computer in and unplug the pump..then again smoke..so im like wtf..so i plug everything in and for ***** and giggles i go give it a turn..pump primes..i turn it all the way.. car starts..now im like wtf i didnt do anything and it decides to work..now im confused cause i wanted to fix this problem now i cant..and now i have wires that are exposed cause of the heat..so what do i do..wrap tape around them and forget about it cause the car works or change out the harness again..im mad cause now i cant figure out what was wrong with it..let me know what you guys think
