Eibach / Sachs shocks
I'm thinking about the Eibach Pro-Damper Shocks/Struts... I already have H&R OE Sport springs...
In talking to a tech dude @ Eiback, he said the shocks are valved in-house (at Eibach) but they are made in Germany by Sachs.
Price: $249 + 30 shipping or $290 locally for the set.
Any input? The stock shocks have to go, and I'm rather pragmatic with my money (READ: cheap but picky... also known as "I want decent stuff for cheap").
More info:
1] They are 'matched' to their spring, of course... and he mentioned that they are "a tad" shorter than the stock shocks.
2] He made no guarantee as to mixing/matching (surprise~!), but said they'll even work fine with stock springs.
3] Also, the shocks are being discontinued as soon as they run out, due to not selling enough to make it worth their while. Eibach will be doing springs only in the very near future. Kindy scary...
Thanks~
