well here is my story, i bought a obd0-1 ecu jumper harness from evasive sport. i also bought a vafc froma fellow h-ter, i wired up the vafc to the ecu jumper harness and wow we had power so the next day i wanted to finsh up the wiring(you know vtec sol. press, ect...........) so i had everything wired up and i turned the key to ACC and i heard my IACV Humming. and i checked the vafc and the lights in the unit where very dim, i disconnected the iacv and vafc lights were off. so i lefted it like that til the next day . woke up the next day and once again check all the wiring and everything looks good. now the problem today is i connect the obd1 ecu and i get a CEL and no power to the vafc or any plugs to the engine bay. i tried the obd0 ecu and CEL is on wit no code blinking!!!! also i checked the ecu fuse looks good. Is there anywhere i should be lookin into??? also the car is 91 si wit lsvtec motor PLEASE PLEASE HELP
