Some parts fit some dont..Like tranny will work and exhaust manifold, alternator, cap and rotor if both motors are same obd..Cams wont work..The b16a head will fit on the b18a block aka lsvtec.

That depends upon how mechanically inclined you are.

Well to do it right you have to use atleast arp rod bolts and vtec oil and water pumps..
But if you dont care about reliability just order the ge lsvtec kit and slap on the b16a head and you're done..

Like I said..ARP 2000 rod bolts,Gsr waterpump and oil pump, and get a good ecu..And you can get one those LSVTEC conversion kits from a place like GE or do the old fashioned way like seen here http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php
Also if you have the money get the rotating assembly balanced..

Use your stock si harness and mod it to your needs..I mean you can use the Plugs from the B16a vtec harness and some wires but you cant just plug it up and go..

Not really..If you're staying obd0 all you have to do is add couple wires in the harness for vtec and thats it..And if you're going turboedit one wire vtec you just use the exisiting a/c clutch relay thats in the car..But going obd1 you'll have to more....
