put the old fpr back on and check fuel pressure.

35-41 psi for b16 with vac hose off.

what i lways do when instaling these is go 1-3 psi over stock
and 1-3 psi under stock and see witch is best

i am running mine about 3 psi over stock

same b&m kit
buy a fuel rail and you can fit the gauge right on the fuel rail

What was your pressure on the stock FPR, and what did you set the B&M to? If you set the B&M to stock fuel pressure, it should have no negative effect on your gas mileage.
