The butterfly on the inlet hose works. im not overheating. Not under heating. everything works perfect but the outlet hose coming out of the heater core is still cold unless i turn off the heat. Then it gets warm. It is also not blowing white smoke out of the exaust and or in my oil. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Heh ho mine started back up today after driving it a tad.
i've come to the conclusion that my heater about once a year or so needs a push for the blower to start working. the outside pressure traveling in will get it started then it is fine
does that make sense? like it requires a push from the outside air for it to start turning on its own then it'll work fine for the most part. it cut off for a second or so while at a light but other than that it's gravy
advanced auto parts told me that thad nothing to do with the blower motor working was that bs i was being told or what? maybe it's just dirty in there.

I had the same prob with my HB...all i did was....l..Kick the crap out of the car..mainly underneath the glove box on the pasenger side...and then it started workin.....sounds funny. but true story!!
mine sprung a leak were the hose goes to the heater core. turns out the pipe on the heater core cracked. so i took out all the heater boxes and the controls since i only drive it when its warm out.
is the wire going to the butterfly broken on the heat hose? i mean seriously move it with your hand. a common problem is that they break inside the car on the passenger side. i would try moving it to both positions when car is warm to see if you can feel heat. if heat core works, blower works, thermostat is good and water pump then you should have heat. try moving it while car is warm. i bet you will find the prob there!
