cannot get flywheel bolts off help

cannot get flywheel bolts off help
should i just torch them off, cause they are spripped a little now, i have more bolts and a new flywheel, any other ideas before i take it to a machine shop?

i tried the best impact i can get my hands on with 135psi didnt work, i just grinded the heads off and took them out with a flat head screwdriver, i didnt need the flywheel
