Default clutch help please

well i have to pull my motor that i just dropped in so i can change the imput seal (hopefully thats what it is), and im gonna do a new clutch cuz my luck with this swap so far its gonna go out as soon as i drive it for a while. so my question is its my daily driver and a few times me and my friends go to the track for a little fun (drag), what kind of clutch would be the best for this and not super expensive??? comment please only if you have some kind of help

if you mean the transmission input shaft seal is leaking, you don't need to pull the engine - you need to pull the transmission and disassemble it to change the seal - if your rear crankshaft seal is leaking, you don't need to pull the engine - you need to pull the transmission and change the seal

I've dropped the tranny to do a clutch job. Pulling it might be eaiser but you have to deal with coolant and fuel lines etc...

Anywho, I went with the Exeedy oem replacement clutch for my DX with a XTD 8lb flywheel. For what I paid its awesome. If I had to do it again I might get a slightly stiffer clutch for autox. Found both on ebay.

Find the CRX workshop manual, has everything about dropping the tranny you need to know. Just a note: I used my engine hoist to hold the transmission up and I got it on with no one helping me - This is with full hoses and AC lines too. The engine was suppored by some big *** blocks of wood I have. Its not hard, trust me. If a 17 year old with no prior automotive experience can do it on jackstands, so can you.

what engine do you have? if you have the stock a6 then no a B series wont work. most people will tell you the exedy full face clutch is the best bang for the buck.

I have the organic with heavy duty pressure plate. Its definatly much more agressive than stock, but mine isnt fully broken in yet either.
