If its the main shaft seal on the engine or the input shaft seal on the transmission its basicly the same process. If you look up a how to on how to replace your clutch that will help.
Basicly what you need to do tho is remove the transmission, once its removed, if its the seal on the motor you need to remove the pressureplate and clutch, and flywheel I belive. Get a seal puller (Rent one from AutoZone) or a flat head screw driver and pull it out and install the new OEM HONDA SEAL in its place with the special tool (Also available from autozone) or a large enough socket. If its the one on the transmission its a lot more work because you have to disasemble the transmission to do it. Look up the write up from BaulyCivic on how to replace your mainshaft bearing.
