Default H22 wiring problems / distributor ??

I have a 98 accord with a 99 h22a4 running a obd2 to obd1 wiring harness and a p28 and also using a p13 its all in everything is hooked up but the car idles at like 1500rpm cuts out when i get on it... i think the iacv is fine.. the timing seems right but when i check it with a timing light the line (the 15 on the flywheel) bounces a little bit and the only code im throwing is 6 the temp sensor i have no idea what to do. i think i might have wiring the distributor wrong can someone tell me what wires go where or have any idea whats the deal????

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=650329 this may help u. there is alot of distributor pinouts here. you may want to compare them with some accord pinouts and see what you can come up with.
