free hp for your crx?
could anyone validate how true is the below technique to gain that little extra hp from your stock engine?
1.) index your spark plug
2.) relocate IAT sensor
3.) isolate fuel lines
4.) by pass coolant on t/b
the one im kinda worried about is relocating IAT sensor? for a dx model where is the IAT located?

i'm getting ready to do #4 to my car and i know i'll make a few hp. I plan on removing the fitv and making a block off plate, the iacv will stay and the hoses will be looped w/o coolant. I'm also getting a hondata IM gasket which will make the coolant bypass mod more effective. The only way heat will be able to transfer to my IM is through the studs. It's proven to reduce intake air temps.
