Injector upgrade for 95 H22A - which type?
Im planning to fit larger injectors for a future turbo install. Which type do I need for my 95 lude - Saturated or Peak & Hold? I understand that High Impedance bolt straight on without any wiring frigs or resistors - precision appear to make 440s that are suitable - but I'm a little confused about the terminology. Are high impedance injectors always saturated, and low ones always peak and hold? Which type do I need?
You need p&h and yes, they're low impedance ones. You can pick Mitsu Eclipse Turbo 1gen injectors up. It's cheaper and they're 450cc.
Thanks for the info. I'm just doing research and collecting info at the moment - I'm planning everthing about my build so I only have to do it once!!
So, P & H it is, then. And low impedance - is this because the 'lude already has a resistor box fitted as standard?

Exactly but opposite way
You need the resistor box because injectors are low impedance. You can skip the resistor box but then there should be a resitor in line with injector.

dont rush and buy some injectors without having a pretty solid plan of how much boost youre gonna run...ive seen ppl run out and buy injectors during their turbo builds and then when theyre getting tuned they end up disappointed b/c they max'd em out

He has a lude... if memory serves me, his car is already running a resistor box and factory p/h low impedence injectors.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here...
