um, tps sensor should be on the throttle body, and only one plus will match, and well your problem could be that the b and d series tps might be totally different. Also a d series intake mani on a b series, WHAT?
The TPS connector is a 3 pin plug with a red wire in the center. The other 3 pin plug that is in about the same place on the harness is for the MAP sensor.

ok again, I don't believe it will work, you're taking a VTEC wiring harness with a non vtec car, its possible, vtec doesnt have to be wired up, but then you have the fact that the AUTOMATIC wires are totally different from the manual tranny wires.

save yourself some time and money and buy my b18b1 wiring harness off me, some is spliced but would be easy to rewire, 40 bucks and you can have it and enjoy not dicking with the automatic d series wiring

That isn't really a good option, the OBDII Civic wiring harness is one piece all the way back to the ECU. The Integra harness is two pieces (all those connectors on your passenger side shock tower). It would be way easier to use the stock harness that came in the car then to change everything over.
