Default jdm 1 piece with no bulbs

i got a set of jdm housings, but no bulbs or sockets. ive researched a bit on wiring, but what are some good bulbs to use and how hard would it be to make my own socketing and wire it to use highbeams? i am fairly good with wiring but havent tackled this before. anyone done this or have a diagram?

p.s. dont say search, bc i have and most of it is jackasses who cant take off a bumper that want someone to come to their house and do it for them.

actually, passwordjdm was selling them last time i checked. for fairly cheap. i spent a little chunk of change on those "ricer" adapters mentioned above.

go to any parts store (autozone) pick up H4 and H1 bulbs get the base connectors and some universal 3 socket headlight harnesses they sell all this. wire em up and ur done.

TIP: the guy above me said dont use the 3rd terminal on your low beams. If you want them to be a lil brighter double ground them; take your "unused 3rd terminal" and wire that into the negative coming from the light it will double ground it and make them a lil brighter. Worked for me

You sure can. I can't remember the exact procedure, but I think you just wetsand them and then apply some kind of clear coat stuff.

If you search around a bit, you'll find out how to do it.

thanks, i'll do some research on it. its nothing urgent. i plan to do a write up on wiring this ****. ive seen write ups but no step by step pics. maybe even make conversion harnesses that are plug and play for people who dont want to go through this. the only pain in the *** is the cost of the parts and finding them at stores. ill hopefully finish it up this week i had to dissassemble them bc of condensation now i just need to get all the wiring done and get bulbs.
