Default Jdm one piece wiring schematic

I am attempting to help my cousin install his jdm one piece headlights into his 4th gen lude this weekend. He is using 3 prong h4 bulbs (high beam, low beam, & ground). How do we make this fit with the factory wiring? Factory bulbs are 9006.
Thanks for the help

Pepboys sells a conversion harness for h1 bulbs. Look in there "Ricer" section. All i did was splice all the wires. Obvious the black wire is gonna be ground and the others i just trial and error'ed. Youll have one wire on the conversion harness that you wont use. Just tape it up and tuck it away.

don't you need the H4H bulbs?

and yeah, i did the same for my DA. got one H4 harness and one 9007 harness and spliced them together. plug and play with no downtime.

Here is a walk thru for the whole process

http://absoluteprelude.com/for...ID=45

basically you have to cut your wiring harness and rewire new sockets to it. It's very easy tho. Here is the diagram

Here is a picture of the socket you will need to solder to your harness after you cut off the old 9006/9007 bulbs harness.

Now for the high beams you also need a special adapter. They are like 30-40 dollars tho. I belive the high's are H1's, they have one prong but you have to buy an adapter to make it 3 prong to fit the new harness you soldered in. Here is a picture showing what I mean.

See, the high beam bulb is wierd. Anyway good luck, process should be very easy believe it or not.
