oil pressure gauge....
Above the intake manifold? That's your problem.
I have the exact same oil pressure as stated above on my 288K mile RS with my cheapy sunpro or whatever it is. I used the original oil sender location which is just to the left of the oil filter.

Hey you just take out the oil pressure sensor in the back of the block (next to the oil filter) put a fitting in there and run your line up to a t-fitting. On one end of the t-fitting you should re-install your sensor and on the other end you install the sending unit to your new guage.
Mine never reads below 25 psi at idle, its usually between 50-75 psi while moving. I think my reading may be a little higher than normal because I use a smaller oil filter than the old teg filters. Its the one that used to be reffered to as the RSX filter, now its the filter that acura gives you for the integra.

^^^ This is the proper way to do it, that way you keep your warning light and can use the gauge. The pressure sending unit doesn't go to the ecu, therefore, no codes. It is a direct connection to the ICU, then to the warning light, no ECU involved, at least on my 92 RS that is how it works.
