will gsr fuel pump work for 7-8 psi?
ill be running 7-8 psi in my del sol d series. ill be using 12:1 fmu, i can get a gsr fuel pump for a few bucks, will it provide enough fuel for that or no?
base fuel pressure 40 psi plus 12 psi multplied by 8 =136 psi of fuel pressure under boost...... I would get some type of pump and ditch the fmu and get some dsm 450s and chrome or uberdata
im pretty much broke at this point from buying all else. i ran a 12:1 fmu in my 97 eclipse rs with stock injectors and it ran great, but i never turboed a honda yet.. if i must ill get a walbro 255lph but since the gsr is here i can get it really cheap .but i wanna know if it would work prob be around 200-225 hp total on my setup. also would it help if i rewired it with 8g wire and ground , to a switch right from battery? i did that on my eclipse.

the stock pump flows around 134lph...the power level isnt the problem...I wouldnt trust the pump at those fuel pressures....running a fmu and a stock pump on a honda not going to be cheap in the long run...

an in-line provides more pressure then an in-tank ever will. I know that much

Because the fmu raises the fuel pressure so much..I havent seen an intank pump that can give the needed pressure..Even walbro 255 HP cant handle it..
And I just re-read the op post..You plan on running 8 psi with an 12:1 fmu.? You are crazy..136 psi of fuel pressure..I would think that will put a rough strain on the stock injectors and even the inline fuel pump..
