My car wont start. When you turn it on it bogs for about 3 or 4 seconds and then shuts off. It used to start off perfectly on any other Honda. The only thing we did is change the oil and take off the valve cover. Its full of oil now and we put all the spark plug wires back in the right order. I think I might be out of fuel but the needle isnt touching the E yet.
Edit refueled it with gas. Samething. Car bogs for a few seconds then dies. Gonna take off the valvecover again and see if we moved anything by accident.

Bro! I posted ten different posts in your thread last night...step by step explaining how to change your oil. What did you do that you weren't supposed to? You removed the valve cover.....and why did you do it?
Please explain the best you can in the fullest detail possible on what you did removing the valve cover, and puting it back on. This would involve removing the spark plug wires, spark plugs....then in reverse order.

Well I pulled the valve cover cuz we were gonna do a valve adjustment but then we found a local shop with a good rep that would do it for $75 and I dont wanna risk messing up the adjustment so we put it back on.
I did the oil change right. Used a funnel, 4.25 quarts, new filter, etc. I finally got it to start. After we put more fuel in it it kept dying but then we revved it up a little bit around 2000-3000 RPM and it finally didnt bog down and die.
I think the car was just almost plain out of gas which is weird cuz the gauge was low but the needle wasnt touching the E nor did the low fuel light come on. Checked the spark plugs and plug wires and they are all good and in the right place.
oh yea some of you guys were a real help

Props to Haleiwa-Brando for the help.
I thought when I pulled the valve cover off to do a valve adjustment I moved something or didnt put the plug wires back in the right order I didnt actually take it off to put oil in there.

The spark plugs are properly gapped? You installed all the wires back on properly? When putting on the valve cover no foreign objects got in there? The gasket for the valve cover is making a proper seal?
When you were looking at the gas gauge was the car on an incline?

That could have given you a false reading. Integra fuel gauges are a little tempermental like that.
Glad you got it sorted. I was concerned things went south real quick.

Yea cool thanks I was freaking out to cuz the car started fine before that. The oil change went ok so I figured we must have fucked up somewhere when we took the valve cover so we went back and checked that **** like 5 times lol.
Always check the easy **** first I guess.
