Default car wont start

i was drivin on christmas and i was in 3rd doin bout 30 and then my car jus shut off on me at first i thought my knee slipped and turnded tha ignition off but when i went to start it it didnt want to turn over

so tha next day i got a new dissy rotor, cap, spark plug wires and bosch plus 4's and it still didnt start then after that i got a new dissy and it still didnt start

i also heard that if u take off tha valve cover and try to start ur car and if oil shoot out then ur timin is okay but no oil shoot out then ur timing is wrong and no oil shot out

do you have spark?

do you have fuel?

and taking valve cover off has nothing to do with timing or oil squirting...

Definitely not true.

Check for spark. If there is spark, then get some starter fluid and attempt to start the car while spraying just a mist of starter fluid. If it runs, it's probably the fuel pump.

You won't have to drop the tank to change out the fuel pump, just remove the rear seat bottom and the plate that's under it.

When you got a new dizzy, did you use the same ignition coil and ICM?

Why, as long as he's not running too hot of a plug or too cold of a plug he'll be fine.

Have you found a difference between the two plugs? Cause I run Bosch and I have never had a problem.

Your coil or ICM may be bad if you used the old parts.
