does anyone know the specs of an 96 si my friend was looking into getting one

 

Well, an Si will have a 160hp H23 engine. Hard to say what else without any details...

 

is it a vtec engine? i knwo the h22's are but didnt know if the 96's did

depends on whether or not it's an SI or an SI Vtec. Pretty easy to tell...pop the hood and look for VTEC in big, 2" letters on the valve cover.

yeah i mean im not the one looking for the car i was just tryin to help a friend out by askin ppl on honda-tech but yeah thats true hah thanks for the help/advice etc..

Hey, there 'JDMtuner' , the H23 does not have 180 ft/lbs, it has approx. 160 ft/lbs.
