It wont go into reverse!
someone correct me if i'm wrong but reverse doesn't have syncros, so I doubt it's that
when's the last time you did fluid change? and try this, throw it in 1st before reverse (*since 1st has syncros*) try it...if it doesn't go in, take your foot off the clutch a bit (t'il it makes contact) then try again...if it goes in, it's normal, all my honda's have done this

this same problem happened to me when i went to the track...after i was done i couldn't throw it back into reverse...and it was the only gear that i couldn't go in to (b16 tranny) but then the next day i tried it again..still didn't work...so i lay off the clutch and clutched in again...yanked in into reverse...then it broke free...something must be stuck but i don't have that problem anymore..
you have a syncro for reverse. reverse runs off of a reverse idler gear. start with the obviouse stuff then if you pull tranny check like the syncro and maybe interlocks and detents
