Default Black rubber hose connected to oil pan

Well my car has been burning or losing oil. I have a rebuilt b18c1 with a DRAG turbo kit. Well I checked underneath where the oil pan is. I followed the rubber black hose all the way up until it tucks in right under the turbo and into the block where I cant see it anymore.

Well I ran my fingers along it found lots of black grease and dirt. The point where the hose enters the block just below the turbo has more of it but it is all over the hose from the oil pan to the block. I have coupling and a clamp connecting the intercooler pipes right below that black hose and it also shows alot of black grease and dirt.

I checked the turbo turbines itself and that was good. Is the black rubber hose supposed to be caked like that? I cant really tell if theres a cut anywhere cuz the grease is black along with the hose and the whole hose seems to be covered in it.

were you losing or burning alot of oil? My car literally has no oil in it right now from taking a 3000 mile road trip.

1/4 not bad at all. I lost 8.5 quarts on a 3000 mile trip. Pulled into my garage just as the check oil light came on again for the 3rd time on the trip. Good thing to cuz I ran out of spare oil in my trunk. I dont think im ever going to figure what the hell my car is doing.
