New clutch squealing
Friend has an 02 accord 4cyl with a 5-speed. Shop installed a new aftermarket clutch and flywheel for him a couple months ago. Car runs fine, no issues with shifting grinding, or clutch catching. Beginning of this week, it started squealing when he moves from a stop in first gear. Sounds like tires squealing off the line, but lower pitched. Only happens from a stop, and only while the clutch is engaging. Once it is fully engaged and driving, there are no problems. No other sounds from the tranny. Any ideas?
