well... if you arent going to use the cigarette lighter, then i would think to remove the assembly it is attached to, and cut off the back of the lighter housing. make a bracket or make a way to mount the button inside the housing. before mounting permanently, test fit for proper engagement, to make sure it works.
from there, just wire it up like a normal kill switch. either for a starter kill, or for easier, wire it to the ground wire for the clutch. like normal you have to depress the clutch to start this car, this way you have to depress the clutch and press the button to start the car. good luck!
EDIT: wouldnt it be hard to turn the key with your right hand AND push in the cigarette lighter with your right hand at the same time? just a thought.

look in the audio/visual/security forum. i know there is already DIYs available.
and i didnt mean to completely remove the cigarette lighter altogether. you know there is a cylinder right that the light itself pushes into. cut off the back of the cylinder, and mount button there. that way when the lighter is pushed in, it then engages the button.

here, i made it easy. DIY already written and available. its actually stickied on top of the audio/security/video forum. nice and available and easily searched for.

since the coil of the cig lighter is made of conductive material... maybe you can use the coil itself as the switch by relocating the starter wires from the ignition to the cig lighter? so, you'd have to keep the key to on, then push the cig lighter to start the car... just that you'd probably have to pull the cig lighter after the car starts..

that depends on the resistance of the coil and how much of the 12volts will get to the signal post on the starter or not. i'm not sure what the resistance is, but i assume it's high so it creates alot of heat. good idea, but you'd have to modify the lighter so the resistance is minimal
