Sorry for the noob question, but i searched and found to many asnwers, none of which made sense. I have a d16y8 civic with a t25 turbo....and i was told replacing the cam would help get some more power. I was looking into a crowler stage 1, but how difficult is the install, and how much has to be changed out? (The head will allready be out, becuase i broke off some bolts so i will be putting on a new (used) y8 head)
