anybody know anything about plugin chips?

Anybody know about these chips that plug into the slot on the ECU (the p28), supposetly they're like 25-35 bucks, they remove the speed limiter, remove the rev limiter, and widen the powerband giving it anywhere from 7-20+hp....

They're all over the place on ebay, just serach on parts and accessories for cars with "civic 95 ecu"

They worth it at all?

Will they expletive things up?

the chips that you mentioned are not worth it.

go to PGMFI.org and look around.
