Default d15z1 timing belt tensioner access

I pulled the head from my 94 vx for some work...

I just slid the timing belt off of the cam gear to get the head off, but I dont see that working to get it back on. From what I can see, the tensioner pulley is under the lower plastic cover, and that wraps around the crank pulley.

Is there any way to access that tensioner pulley without pulling the crank pulley?

there should be a plug in the timing cover you can pop out to get to the tensioner bolt. if you cant do it that way, unbolt the cam gear and put the belt on the gear then bolt it back to the cam.
