Hello,
I have a 92 civic hatchback with the DX 1.5L
When I start the car up, the engine will uncontrollably rev from ~800-2000 rpm and cycle over & over & over again. I am suspecting a sensor giving the computer bad information. Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?

its more than likely the iacv Idle Air Control valve its on the back of the intake its got a plug and two hoses although thats on a z6 head im sure its something like that clean it out or you can test by letting the car get to normal tempature and unplugging it and see if the idle changes if so it might be faulty
