Iv heard of a few people doing this by just removing the resistor box is this true and will it be fine on the ecu, I thought that it would mess up the injector drivers in the ecu by running the wrong injectors...
Thanks people in advance

The biggest thing you don't want to do is to run OBD 0 injectors w/o the resistor box that is where probllems start. There are all kinds of misconseptions about this injector issue so I will tell you that on my OBD 1 conversion I am running OBD 0 injectors w/ resistor box and have no problems at all. My buddy has OBD 1 injectors with his OBD 0 setup and he has no problems. It really just matters if you try to run the OBD 0 injectors w/o the resistor because that will burn up your ECU, I have seen documented proof of this.
So the answer to your question is "Yes"

I have OBD-1 injectors on my OBD-0 Ecu and have had no problems. You just dont use the resistor box. If you use the injectors they way they were ment to be used they will work fine.

You could just take the resistor box out, and then sauter the 5 wires that are coming to the resistor box, instead of doing all that direct wiring to the injector stuff you mentioned.

Im using obd2 injectors with a obd0 ecu, no resistor box, its just a signal and a ground.
Solder and heatshrink that stuff. Dont ghetto it. Even home depot sells heatshirnk.
